Balsamicodressing

Zutaten für 4 Personen:

125 ml                   reduzierter Portwein                                                       

125 ml                   reduzierter Madeira

75 ml                     reduzierter Noilly Prat

100 ml                   alter Balsamico                                                  

50 ml                     junger Balsamico                                                                                                   

15 g                        Salz                                                                                                                                                                                       

5 g                          Trüffeljus                                                                                  

5 g                          Senf

200 ml                   Mazolaöl                                                                                                                                                                          

250 ml                  Olivenöl  

Zubereitung:

Alle Zutaten miteinander vermischen und zum Schluss Mazolaöl und Olivenöl unter ständigem rühren zugeben.
